Tourism Pemberton's biggest investment to date has been the development of a website. Roy and his team of experts are a wealth of knowledge and have the 'know how' to delivered a quality site. The team at Customfit is excellent to work with. The look, functionality, and flexibility of our new website was exactly what we asked for. Customfit not only built the bones of the site but populated it with the content we provided. We also received hands on training, which made the transition so much easier. Ongoing maintenance is easily taken care of using the message board set up by Customfit. Maintenance issues are also taken care of promptly.
custom fit communications has done a great job. this is the third web site they have built for me nothing but good things to say about the service, workmanship, etc. i would highly recomend them to anyone who needs a very high quality product ang great value for reasonable pricing.
Roy and the team at Custom Fit have been fantastic - always on top of all requests I had for them, working with me to come up with the desired result. The communication lines are also great, it's very easy to get in touch with any of the team - the group hub really pays off.
They speak in plain english, not using too much jargon, so I always understand what they are talking about.
The final outcome is great, our website has ben built up to be a very informative and user friendly resource, also easy for me to maintain using Umbraco.
All complications (there haven't been many) have been handled promptly and professionally.

Custom Fit Online' insight, experience and technology allows us to make better decisions on how to spend out advertising. We now measure all of our online business activities and we now know what works and what doesn't.
As a result, we've been able to decrease costs such as pay per click advertising and actually get a better return on our investment by doing so.
The phones are ringing and the online bookings are coming in as a result. Custom Fit gives us an excellent return on investment.
It's a little difficult to write a proper review as we are only about 50% completed on this project (the delay is entirely my fault). I do feel part of the process and am kept up to date with the latest developments. However, I do feel that fairly often my questions and or comments are not answered at all or to my satisfaction...I can't help but ask the "stupid" questions as my technical abilities are low to medium. Sometimes they do speak to me in website jargonese and it takes me awhile to figure out how to explain what I want.
Once I get all the material to Custom Fit, I'm sure the process will improve. Recently, I reviewed the training videos for Umbarco made by Robert Valcourt that were very informative and easy to follow.
