This was a brand new process for me and was totally in the hands of Whiteknight. Every step of the way the website designer equiped me with all the information necessary for each decission to be made. As many times as I needed clarrification and advise I was granted that time until I felt 100% satisfied. In my case, I had plenty of design ideas and concepts going through my head but little to no time to impart them to the website designer so I had to leave an intial deign to the designer. The design that I have for my website as the fihished product to exactly that first design concept that was shown to me. It was nothing that I had thought of at all - but I loved it. It portrayed my business perfectly and the feed back from friends and family was to run with it. For something that I presumed would be somewhat of a stressful process, I am just so thankful that Whiteknight had it all undercontrol and provided me with such a proffessional result.

the relationship was excellent, communicated with us continually to keep us up to date with the progress. It was to understand the designers as all communcation was in laymen terms and easy to register what they were saying.
all additions or updates on what we were chasing in relation to our design was done straight away. As soon as our website was up and running the enquiey from our site was huge. We had traffic coming from our site basicly straight away and with the for the investment in the new website it paid for itself time and time again. It was surprising on how quickly the traffic started flowing to us. It pays to have a great team backing you all the way.

Communication was one of their greatest assests and something that stood out for us. Even if a request could not logistically be sorted out that day, I always knew they had the message and a deadline of when it could be accomplished. Just to know where you stand and how things are progessing is fantastic and peace of mind!

All the suggestions they made were relevent and appropriate. We didn't go with all the suggestions, however they still worked with what we needed to accompish the task. With all their suggestions, we feel like all bases were covered. We were a bit fussy with some things but nothing was ever a problem (considering we are not web literate) and i felt that I understood why suggestions were made.

The systems they set up for us to use behind the scenes are simple and easy to understand and use. I know if I had any ongoing issues or questions I would not feel silly asking or approaching them.

I can highly recommend White Knight. Very professional with great customer service. What I liked about White Knight is they took the time and effort to consult with me and understand my business. They provided me with a custom solution and an out of the box solution, which they could customise further to meet my needs. I saved a great deal of money because of their recommendations and was very happy with the end product. Their SEO is brilliant and I am getting some solid traffic from the dynamic keywords assigned to each listing.
