A: Our philosophy is simple. We will provide a professional, quality and affordable service that is both visually engaging and artistically ingenious.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: It's very much to the likes of Willy Wonka, minus the chocolate river. (But we're working on that!)

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We like to interact with our clients in person or over the phone. Our team believes that having an open dialogue with our clients, in realtime, substantially improves the speed and accuracy of a project. It also allows us to become familiar with your project in a comfortable and creatively-engaging way.

A: We want what you want, not what we want.

A: Referrals from our existing clients.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We listen to your ideas and concepts. We brainstorm and perform extensive research. We put together concepts. We share our concepts with you. You review them and provide feedback. We revise. Project success.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication. We love to listen and talk (a lot!) with our clients because we know that communication drives success.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We communicate with them and provide solutions. Fast.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: We suggest calling them and doing some online background checks. Calling them will allow you to communicate with them and to see how well they can communicate with you. Googling them will help you find out their achievements and any skeletons they might have in the closet!

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: In every major city of Australia, en route to international expansion.

A: At the forefront of all real world developments.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: We got stuck thinking up a name that would stick. So we chose Sticky Media.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Too many cooks can (and will) spoil the broth. Ensure that members involved in your website share the same goal and that there is always an alpha-member.
