Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: To provide an outstanding level of service to all of our clients, regardless of the size of a project and an affordable price. Our main goal is to not only create a long lasting business relationship with all our clients but train them how to become self sufficient to get the most out of their online projects

A: A friendly premises with a strong focus on respect and communication

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Our key objective is communication between the sales process and development so that no client feels short changed or ignored. Regular project meetings ensure all staff are on top of their work load and clients are not left in the dark.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We look at the big picture plan for the client. Through this philosophy we can deliver work which is completely scalable to the clients needs to ensure that not only the initial requirements are achieved but our solutions can grow within the clients business.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: The Majority of our work is derived from referrals. We aim to leave every client with a lasting impression. This in turn creates a new referral network for every client we bring on board.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: With honesty, integrity and never under delivering. Our process is simple and we make sure everything is transparent from the word go.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Listening to the clients needs and making the process to the solution simple

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Upon every initial appointment with clients, we make sure expectations, time frames and associated costs are set from the word go. We keep our clients up to date with every step of the project and make sure all requirements are achieved.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: By speaking with each company individually. Ask the company about their core values, costs and examples of their work. A company that can provide a dedicated account manager / project manager through out the project is also a major asset.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Our main growth objectives heavily revolve around increasing our client base without decreasing our level of service.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Web Design and development moves at an ever increasing rate. The utilization of mobile devices becomes more dominant every year. I see the future of web design split into three areas: efficiency, productivity and convenience with the return on investment being measured with these in mind

A: Both PC and Mac

A: Netstant comes from "net in an instant". A simplistic way of going about a web project

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Exposure. Tell everybody about it, encourage as many people as you can to go to your website. Through word of mouth, forums, social networks and any other means possible
