I received screen shots so I could see how it was going, I was very impressed that all my emails were answered in a timely manner. I am from Seattle, and this was no problem at all.

I don't understand alot of the web stuff, and she made everything easy for me and explained everything I wanted to know. I got special surprises and extras she didnt charge me for, like my visitor counter and page statistics and a map. She also got my domain name and hosting, I was so glad about that because it was overwhelming when I tried to do it myself.

I was very happy with the cost, and the end result. What I liked the most, was the honesty, and I knew I was in safe hands, and there was no hidden costs, or anything. I know some people personally who were ripped off from other places.

I had total confidence that everything was done with my best interests in mind. It was a personal experience, she was more like a friend than a business. (I dont know if thats how everyone wants it), but I am a VERY happy customer and I recommend Bunbury web design highly.
