We were starting up a Pilates Business and wanted an online presence to go with other advertising. We knew nothing about setting up a website and we were on a pretty tight advertising budget.
Initial discussions were aimed at 3 pages for around $1500 which was way out of our range. However Bunbury Web were still just as enthusiastic and helpful in desinging a 1 page site.
All communication was by email with links & examples to illustrate what was possible. Communiaction was good. All of our suggestions were either adopted or it was explained to us why they were not a good idea. This guidance was invaluable.
We were certainly part of the process where we required to give content & editorial. As to the technical aspects of building the website i suppose we where on a need to know basis - & we didn't need to know the back room work. This kept the process relativley jargon free whih was good.
We were estatic with the final outcome & the value for money. We have had lots of positive feedback too.
There were no complications that we had to deal with so in that respect complication were dealt with well.
While we were setting up this website we were also dealing with a lot of more pressing issues. What i found exceptional was that Bunbury Web Design took all of the hassle out building the website. All i provided was the content, a basic format & a few ticks here & there. Bunbury Web set up the hosting & registration and whatever else was required - i really don't know what else was required to be honest.

I was referred to Bunbury web design, and have found the best people to deal with have been from referrals. Bunbury Web Design was no different.
The site has been setup to promote and fundraise for RFDS, with the emphasis on fun as well. I approached Bunbury Web Design with my thoughts and ideas, and from there it went onwards and upwards.
Most of the design and layout was designed, not by me, and i was very thrilled with the end product, i definately got more than i bargained for, and am definately gonna recommend Bunbury Web Design to my friends and colleagues, in fact there is already a link and info on my website about it.
Bunbury web design created my web site from scratch. The whole time, I knew the progress, and the communication was excellent. I received screen shots so I could see how it was going, I was very impressed that all my emails were answered in a timely manner. I am from Seattle, and this was no problem at all.
I don't understand alot of the web stuff, and she made everything easy for me and explained everything I wanted to know. I got special surprises and extras she didnt charge me for, like my visitor counter and page statistics and a map. She also got my domain name and hosting, I was so glad about that because it was overwhelming when I tried to do it myself.
I was very happy with the cost, and the end result. What I liked the most, was the honesty, and I knew I was in safe hands, and there was no hidden costs, or anything. I know some people personally who were ripped off from other places.
I had total confidence that everything was done with my best interests in mind. It was a personal experience, she was more like a friend than a business. (I dont know if thats how everyone wants it), but I am a VERY happy customer and I recommend Bunbury web design highly.
