Hi Bhavesh,

The cost of a site depends on many factors, the main one is what your requirements are.

The best thing you can do is to take advantage of the articles on this website to create a detailed brief of what it is you think you need. This can then be given to multiple companies and will give you a good overview of the variety of price, value and quality you have available to you.

If you're not sure what it is you need, then do some research on web companies and their portfolios and find sites similar to what you're looking for. Then get in contact with a few and they'll help talk through your requirements.

Generally you can get a basic one, two or three page website from around

There are many different types of websites to choose from.

You can choose from a basic "static" website, a content managed website, an ecommerce website (for buying online) as well as a graphic design solution.

We have websites that start at

All the above are absolutely right.

A website is 'like a piece of string' - depending on how big/long it is will affect how much it costs and you also have to factor in what the string will be made of!!

Hopefully that made sense!

Costing always depends on requirements.

Please send me more details about the website that you want to design with complete requirements.

To get the best price quote it helps to have specs. A website can be as simple as a couple of pages of information or more complex like an e-commerce site or interactive website. So it's very hard to give a price without details. When people ask me I usually say anywhere between $400 and $5000. Once I know what the client is looking for I can give a much better estimate of time and cost involved.

My starting questions would be:
1. How many pages?
2. Will e-commerce be involved?
3. Would you like Content management?
4. Will it be a member based website?
5. Do you already have a design in mind? Do you have a logo?

Thanks
Kelly

Ditto on WebDiva. Prices can range from a few hundred to a few thousand (or even higher).

How many pages?
Do you want CMS?
E-commerce?
Do you have a budget it mind?

are all valid and necessary questions that have to be answered first.

I am sure that anyone here will be happy to help you.
