I just saw the template you bought and it contain shopping cart facility. But you do not want those features, as you said, your site can be create with $200. if you provide your requirement completely with those psd and supporting files. we would finish it within 15 days.

We would be happy to help you with your PSD to HTML conversion. Depending on what type of back-end you would like the theme designed for, the price can vary. (i.e. Wordpress, Drupal, Xoops, or Flat HTML). You indicated that you wanted the site dynamic so I would recommend designing the theme for use with one of the Content Management Systems.
