Hi Nigel,
sounds like a great idea, and while I do not develop these type of websites, my first thought was 'legal issues'. I would tread carefully with plenty of legal advice at hand when building a website that could potentially ruin a doctors career. Just a thought.

We've completed similar projects in the past that use an interactive commenting or review system and they could easily be incorporated into a project like this.
