We've been doign flash work for just over 7 years now and in our experience It's very hard to say how long it would actually take to do a project like this without seeing the psd or even jpgs and descriptions of what you need the site to do.

If these were provide to us we will give you a fixed price quote for the work and an exact timeframe of when the work would be completed in.

Hi,

I'd use www.psd3html.com - they are VERY good, reliable and fast. They charge from $159 for W3C Valid XHTML in very well structured code.

We have people in house to do this but for a one off, use someone who specialises in doing this as a one off. A great example of when outsourced work works best.

As you have not specified the actual requirement in the question; i cant present a clean price for your project. However it would cost $400 to design and develop a generic static website for you.

a designer would (or should!) need to see the .psd file to determine the complexity of the website before providing you with a quote. It is like asking how much does it cost to build a house? The answer lies in the details of the house you want to build.
