Hi Raman,

You probably will have already contacted a company about this but in the interests of thoroughness I'll answer anyways.

Displaying an ad that a user places through a database, as the first responder says, should not be too difficult although it does depend on the programming language and how the database interacts with the website.

If you're looking to take payment for these Ads and don't already have a payment gateway then you would have to add that on too, although if you already have one ignore this point.

It also depends on if you're looking to just display the ad, or track it and have a system behind it for commission, affiliates or functionality like that.

As the first responder mentions, you should call a web design company to discuss it in more detail and get a quote.
